Applicants who have prior Ophthalmology or Optometry front desk experience are preferred.
Prior experience in another busy medical office is also preferred.
Job responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls, scheduling patients, setting up appointment templates and calling patients referred by other physicians.
This position is fast paced and requires multitasking with a pleasant attitude.
