The ideal candidate will have experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically ECW, and have fluency in English and Spanish.
Duties - Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
-Experience in a medical receptionist role preferred.
-Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
-Strong communication skills.
-Ability to multitask efficiently.
-Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
