This position is Monday through Thursday 8pm and 6:
30am.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment - Set up machines for production runs according to specifications - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of at least 6 months as an Operator or in a similar role preferred - Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns Note:
The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
