Responsibilities:
Housekeeper/Room Attendant - Stella Luxury Apartment Homes (a premier class A 210-unit mid-rise community located in the prestigious State Thomas Historic District) - Dallas, TXWe are proud to have been voted by our employees in the top 55 companies to work for by The Dallas Morning News!As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for:
Performing vacant cleans as scheduledPerforming cleaning services as scheduledMaintaining cleanliness of laundry rooms, warehouse, and any additional common areas as directed by SupervisorPerforming cleaning of the officeReporting service requests needed on apartmentsMonitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and housewaresMaintaining proper utility settings in vacant units per community standardsPerforming all other duties logged on the make ready boardDelivering of envelopes, receipts and special request items as necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required0 to 1 years of practical experience with demonstration of required skills as a housekeeperExperience in the hotel or hospitality industry working as a housekeeper, room attendant, or house attendant is a plusWhat Simpson Can Offer You:
