Plumber Residential Service
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is one of the fastest growing plumbing franchises in the United States. We are looking for the best of the best to join our team. (Current position open Tradesman and above).
Our chosen candidate looks like-
o Very clean cut a must, takes pride in appearance, no visible tattoos or piercings unless they can be covered or removed
o Able to deal with residential customers, very professional, good penmanship
o Strong customer service/communication and people skills, very genuine and personable
o Strong steady work history a must, currently working a strong plus
o Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills, neat clean work that is up to code, able to climb in attics and under houses, efficient and organized
Strong experience in the following:
General Residential
o Hot Water Heater replacement and repair
o Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)
Sewer, Gas and Water Service Replacement--
o Trouble shooting using video inspection
Drain Cleaning
o Competent use of conventional sewer machines and power jetters
Leak Location and Repair a Plus
o Under Slab, Sewer, Water, Pool & Sprinkler Systems
Candidate Skills
o Estimating, selling and offering options on a daily basis
o Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!
o Exceptional Plumber; intuitive, hard working, efficient, no problem wearing uniform, attention to detail, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized- 'what next' attitude!
o Takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and grow as a plumber
o Be able to climb in and out of box trucks, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the Texas summer heat
o A CURRENT Texas plumbing license, TRADESMAN AND ABOVE, good references a must. (We are not able to hire anyone unless they have a current license-PLEASE NOTE!).
o Can pass the state of Texas background and drug test, clean driving record and current drivers license are ALL a must. (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).
o Someone passionate about being a plumber, looking for a long term career not just a pay check; a place to call home/family!
